Terms of Use

1. Studio & Equipment Rental

When booking studio spaces or meeting rooms at MacroTech Media facilities:

• Users must utilize the rooms and gear responsibly. Any damage to physical hardware, microphones, or lighting units due to negligence will be billed directly to the inquirer.
• Sessions start and end strictly at the reserved times. Extension requests are subject to room availability and extra billing.
• Maximum room occupancy codes must be respected at all times.

2. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Our transaction and cancellation framework is structured to preserve operational scheduling:

• Payments for standard packages must be processed securely online or via bank instructions prior to the session date.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to a studio session qualify for a full refund or reschedule credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.
• Custom proposals (e.g. Livestreams, Events) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in engineering crews.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

MacroTech Media does not claim ownership over the audio, video, or written assets produced by you inside our studios. You retain all copyrights. However, MacroTech Media reserves all proprietary rights over its institutional trademarks, training materials, playbooks, guides, and corporate files downloaded via the Academy page.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

MacroTech Media is not responsible for the backup or long-term retention of raw media files exported after your session. Creators are advised to bring external storage drives to copy all multitracks. Under no circumstances shall MacroTech Media be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from equipment malfunction or power grid disruptions.
